Performances are so exciting for students, giving them the opportunity to perform on stage in a theatre. For many our End of Year Concert will be an opportunity to gain some wonderful memories that will last them a lifetime. For others it may be the beginning of a future career.

Charity Concert: June 21st, 2026

Kenmore Village Show: Mon 6th July - Fri 10th July

Over the years Sayers had supported the Endeavour Foundation and YoungCare. In 2026 we will be supporting the Queensland Brain Institute. Many families are affected by Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's and other Neurological Diseases. We hope our donation goes far to support QBI and the amazing research they are doing to find answers to these life changing diseases. Premier Dance will donate to Mater Little Miracles.  

In 2025, the Day of Dance - Charity Gala raised $40,000 which was then divided between these two wonderful organisations.   

This is one of the highlights of our year at Sayers Dance Centre for both students and staff, all of whom volunteer their time on the day to present this fantastic event. 

The performing classes are also given the option to perform at the Kenmore Village Show. Held in the shopping centre during the second week of the June/July Holidays. An extremely fun few days of performing.   

Participation in these shows is a two term ,one semester commitment. The students learn their dances in Terms 1 & 2, polishing them during Term 2 so they are ready to perform at St Peter’s Lutheran College, Indooroopilly.
