Timetable & Enrolments

Thank you for choosing Sayers Dance Centre.


Our teaching staff are of the highest caliber, with many of them having enjoyed a professional dance career. All our teachers have teaching qualifications and attend regular professional development throughout the year. Our school is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance and our classical classes use their syllabus. 

Our Studios all have special dance floors to protect developing bodies, as well as barres, mirrors and air-conditioning. We even have two-way mirrors so you can watch your child learn without them knowing you are there!

Once we receive your enrollment an invoice will be prepared and emailed to you within a few business days.



If you would like to trial a class first please email us with your child's name and date of birth, and your name and phone number.  Also let us know which class, day and time you  would like to trial.  We do charge $25 for a trial, or $18 if it is a half hour class. This will come off your terms fees if you then join the class in that term.


Please note if you book a trial it does not guarantee you a place in that class. If that class becomes booked out you will need to move to a different time and day. If you would like to guarantee a place, please enroll into the class.  We do give our younger students a refund if it does not work out.




Please enroll via the Customer Portal.

To activate your Customer Portal, you must click through the personalised activation link sent to you via email. Please contact us if you need this re-issued to you. 

Once it has been activated, you may login at any time via the button below or through the ThinkSmart Portal App on your phone or other  mobile device.

If you have not activated your portal or need us to reset your portal, please email us and a new link will be sent to you. 

Please read and choose your classes first using the  Printable Timetable available by pressing the button at the top of this page.

When using the Portal App to enrol

  1. Choose the tab “classes”

  2. Then “Add enrolments”

  3. Select a student and tick it and then Ok

  4. Use the Add Filter option , choose Lesson Formats of all the classes you would like.

  5. Tick the circle of all the classes you are interested in.

  6. From here, add the classes for the days and times you wish to the cart.

  7. Once classes have been added, view the cart to check all the classes you want are there

  8. Click Checkout and then you are enrolled. You can not pay via the portal.

Some things to remember

  • All enrolments should be made through our Online Class Registration system by clicking on the calendar below.

  •  Choose the term you are enrolling into from the drop down box.

  • Please use the Printable Timetable as a guide when selecting classes online and ensure the ‘Age/Requirements’ column is followed.

  • For all Toddler Dance classes a parent or guardian will need to do the class with the child in terms 1 & 2. Unfortunately, no siblings are allowed. Unless it is a baby in a carry pouch.

  • All students of Royal Academy of Dance classes from Primary to Grade 4 must come twice a week, choosing either the A or B option. Students from grade 5 to Advanced must come to two classes and one pointe or pre-pointe class.

  • If the class you want is fully booked please contact the office to go on the waitlist. dance@sayersballet.com.au



Click on the class in the calendar. Click ADD CLASS, then click on ADD MORE CLASSES until all classes are added. Then click CONTINUE TO ENROLMENT.  Then fill out all the parent and student details before submitting.


Choose all the classes you require for all your children during the first step.

Fill in parent details, next you add student details. When you save you get the option to add one or more students. Use CLICK HERE TO ADD ANOTHER STUDENT

Click NEXT, then click one student’s name in the drop box and you get to choose from the classes you pre-selected. Tick the boxes next to the class names you want to assign to that child, when finished with that child click ADD CLASSES. Then choose another student’s name in the drop box and do the same thing. All your information will come up for you to check and you can confirm and agree to the terms and conditions.
